About OnStage, Inc.

OnStage, a youth oriented theater group, was originated 29 years ago by Robert Godthaab, the Ramapo High School Theater Arts Director at that time. Mr. Godthaab, along with a group of local Wyckoff, Franklin Lakes and Oakland residents felt there was a need for community participation in the Fine Arts. OnStage, Inc. is a non-profit, volunteer run organization dedicated to teaching our young people the importance of cooperation and teamwork while providing entertainment for our community with musical theater productions.

OnStage is opened to students in the FLOW area and the neighboring communities in Northern Bergen County and Rockland County such as: Ramsey, Allendale, Midland Park, Fair Lawn and Ridgewood.

The current OnStage president is Mr. Doug Gipple, teacher of theatre at Ramsey High School. He has been a member of OnStage, Inc. since its inception as a performer and is celebrating his 24th year as a director with OnStage.
